40 something Cape Town guy with a passion for life, surfing, property and the great outdoors.
I was born in Manchester, England and when I was a child my parents emigrated to South Africa and set up home in Cape Town. Living in Cape Town is pretty amazing and I was lucky to grow up in the coastal suburb of Muizenberg attending the local Muizenberg Junior and High Schools.
After study, travel and working in South Africa and overseas during my twenties I returned to Cape Town and met Bianca whereafter we moved to London where we spent 5 great years. We decided to move back to South Africa and settle down in Cape Town. We moved into the beautiful Southern part of the Cape Peninsula in another coastal suburb Glencairn and have been here since.
After changing careers from Sport and Event Management to Estate Agency in London I continued on as an Estate Agent upon returning home. Registering as an Estate Agent after completing the Estate Agency Affairs Board Certificate in Estate Agency. I began work as a Full Status Agent with Engel and Volckers in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town in 2005 before moving to the Southern part of the Peninsula with them to Noordhoek and the surrounding valley areas. I later moved to Chas Everitt in mid 2008 continuing as a Full Status Agent before being offered a Managerial position and then an opportunity to become a shareholder in the Cape Town South region.
I returned to operating as an Estate Agent in late 2016 in the Glencairn and Simonstown Areas whilst continuing to fulfill the roles of Mentor and Sales Manager to our Agents at the False Bay Branch.
My other passions outside of Real Estate are being active, travelling and having fun all of which are usually centered around taking part in Triathlon or Running events many of which I do with my wife Bianca. Some more recently acquired interests and skills are Beekeeping and Gardening which I find quite relaxing.
I’m always interested and willing to share my passions with others so let me know if I can with you.
